Polygon Welcomes Household Fashion Houses 

Sports retailer powerhouse Adidas and luxury brand Prada are entering into an NFT venture hand in hand on the Polygon blockchain. This isn't the first time Adidas has collaborated on crypto based projects. They partnered with BAYC in 2021. 

For those skeptical of the future of the NFT universe, Morgan Stanley predicted that by 2030, it could be a $300 billion business, according to Coindesk. 

Reports state that the houses that have the best chances of thriving in the NFT game are Balenciaga, Gucci, and Kering. 

Starting January 28 through the 31, people will be able to get involved by submitting their own photos with filters by digital artist Zach Lieberman 

Social Media NFT Future in the Works

According to the Financial Times, Meta is looking into how Facebook and Instagram could allow users to have NFTs has profile pictures, create a marketplace for the selling and buying of NFTs, as well as the ability to potentially mint tokens through the platforms. 

This comes on the heels of other social platforms already beginning their crypto/NFT ventures; namely, Twitter and Reddit.
